For the Love of People

We don’t say yes to a project unless it puts human interest ahead of power and money, and we lead with radical kindness. Additionally, every line and design you see, every sentence and story you read was made by a human brain, hand, and heart, because only humans can tell human stories.

Over Here is a queer-owned creative studio operating nationally from our headquarters in Vermont, the unceded homelands of the Abenaki and other Indigenous peoples.

Who We Are

Eli Windover (he/him)
Windover has been flexing his communications chops over the last decade and a half working in clean energy with SunCommon and Hudson Solar + Battery Solutions, storytelling with Choose Your Own adventure, and helping a number of other local orgs make our corner of the world a better place. When not Over Here, he’s either cooking, camping, writing novels, or restoring his creaky old house.

Eli Scheer (they/them)
Scheer has more than 15 years of design experience in both the agency and freelance worlds as well as multiple in-house roles, including clean energy, advertising, and the game industry. In their spare time, they’re most often found on a bicycle, elbow deep in sourdough, or tinkering with their craft project du jour.
